With our Assisted Purchase Scheme, we’re here to help you sell your existing home while you reserve and prepare to move into one of ours. The reservation on your new home lasts for up to eight weeks, leaving us to make all the arrangements and the best part is, we’ll even pick up the estate agent’s fees! You will have full access to our dedicated team to help you through the process – making moving simple.
Working with you, here’s how we do it:
- You select your dream home at our High Oakham Ridge development and we will reserve it for up to eight weeks.
- We arrange for our external selling agent Belvoir to value your current property…Belvoir have five offices across Nottingham that will help sell your home, so your current property doesn’t just need to be in Mansfield to take advantage of this offer. (We will speak with Belvoir on your behalf to confirm if they can assist)
- We instruct our estate agents to market your property – giving you enhanced selling power!
- Piper engage and pay your estate agency fees to sell!
- Our dedicated team oversees the marketing and sale of your home using our many years of experience and using the knowledge and marketing power Belvoir have to offer
- Once a buyer for your current property is found, you can then formally reserve your new Piper home. On legal completion, we will even pay the estate agents’ fees.
