Early Bird Scheme

Secure your dream home before it’s released for sale! If you’ve seen a Piper Homes house home you’d like to purchase but it’s not yet released for sale, our Early Bird Reservation scheme gives you the chance to make it yours.

Designed to help buyers reserve their home as swiftly as possible.

Our Early Bird Reservation scheme is available on selected plots on the High Oakham Ridge development where properties are yet to be released for sale and currently fall within the next 12-month period.

Here’s how it works

Speak to your friendly Sales Executive  Emily on site or Phillippa at Belvoir to begin the process. You must be pre-qualified and in a proceedable position.

Complete your Early Bird Reservation agreement with your Sales Executive and pay an initial deposit of £150.* You are now first in line for your chosen property!

This will allow us to provide greater choices with interior finishes, floor coverings, wardrobes and kitchens etc to customise your house to your own specific requirements.

We will inform you as soon as your chosen home has been released for sale, at which point we will ask you to settle the remaining balance of £850 to secure the property.*

Congratulations you have now reserved your dream home! Your Sales Executive will be able to advise you on the next steps and guide you through the entire buying process, from reservation to completion.

*If for any reason you are unable to proceed with the purchase of your chosen property, Piper il Homes will return £100 of your Early Bird Reservation fee and the plot will be opened up for general sale. Further T&C’s apply. Speak to your Sales Executive for further information.
